      Great company to Start with. 1. Entrepreneurial environment 2. Lots of ownership over projects 3. Flexible vacation policy 4. Friendly coworkers 5. Weekly company meetings where you had a chance to directly ask questions to CEO 6. Great place to learn new skills 7. Most important - If you make an effort to drive your personal growth you will be given plenty of opportunities.

      Desventajas

      Potential for long working hours, depending on the project.

      Ventajas

      Being first employee of this company back in 2011, I have got to learn lot of things from scratch like developing and publishing web content on live web portals, developing live web portals based on WordPRess and Joomla CMS. Had fun with other colleagues at work. Good work-life balance. Good perks, benefits. Senior management was kind and helpful whenever anything needed.

      Desventajas

      2 Saturdays had to work initially when company was new :-) Work load was huge sometimes especially during go lives of the web sites.
