Ventajas
You play a much bigger role in the success of the company than you would in many other CRO's. Generally speaking the mid management will listen to your suggestions (although not always use them) Projects are very broad and interesting. Teams are built to work in a global way meaning you are not regionally focussed (thumbs up). Generally speaking, a very good place to work
Desventajas
There appears to be a communication malfunction since Mapi bought Optum Life Sciences. Improving, but still not where it should be Some weaknesses in middle management (although weaknesses = opportunity for others) In terms of exposure, Mapi seem to be a "best kept secret". Much more investment needed in marketing so that others can see what employees see
