Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the time you spent with us and that found our pay and flexibility competitive. We're sorry to hear you left ManyPets thinking we didn't get our layoff process quite right. We wanted to give our people as much visibility and awareness as we could given the current economic climate - which is why we openly asked our teams to let us know if they would be open to voluntary redundancy first. The timelines for a formal process like this are often very quick (usually the same day) so we thought that by involving our people in the conversation early and giving an extra couple of weeks notice, it would be a more considerate option for those impacted.
