Unorganized, demotivating, ineffecient and disorganized. Mainly driven by the sales team VPs.

Work from home was good.

Desventajas

They literally only promote the same 2 people at the firm. Completely unfair how they treat associates. They worship a handful of people as if they are gods. No growth opportunities at all. I’m telling you they will continue to only promote the same handful of people.
