Other employees are fantastic and great to work with. They are good at marketing themselves.

Owners lack professionalism in the way they treat/control their employees and in how they talk about their clients behind closed doors. Micromanaged environment. Pay is below average, weak vacation days. Market themselves to be more professional and educated than they are.
