      For some people this is a great workplace If you are in a great team and/or you have a great boss, it is super, you get help, you enjoy the everyday life there, and the compensation package is not the worst either

      Desventajas

      If you are unlucky, you will work a lot but won't be appreciated, and you will find your salary to be less than you deserve

      Ventajas

      They don't know anything about software development.

      Desventajas

      They screw you over and keep you waiting when you apply, then deny your application. They lie when they don't even hire anyone. Don't apply, they will waste your time.

      Relatively good payment. Contract-based, people only stay as long as they want. No previous education is needed besides basic knowledge of numbers

      Desventajas

      A lot of uneducated co-worker. Monoton, dirty work, accidentc might occur.
