Young people can equip with solid networking skill in short time under high density of on-job training -Generally people are hard working and willing to learn -Not much political issue -Some experienced manager are still passionate and willing to teach and bring up young people

      -Long working hours for front-end field engineers -Too networking solution focus, not diverse to the advanced technologies
