Not a good place to work!: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de distribution coordinator en MKS Instruments

Working hard gets you no where. People slack and don't help the older workers out they rather smoke Cigarettes all day or play monopoly on their phone! They keep the workers because they know people not because they work hard. Only Certain people are entitled to move up in the company it is not based on how hard you work it is all about Favoritism! Been an employee for over 7 years and I still get treated like a nobody.
