Ventajas

They give you a company truck, company gas card, and all gear you need to succeed. VERY military and family oriented and they take care of you as an employee when need be. There’s always something going on or a sales goal to do a company retreat somewhere, tons of opportunity to earn as much as you want.

Desventajas

It’s Door to Door sales and 100% commission so good luck with the pay checks all over the place with not many warm leads coming in to the TN market, partly because they’re so new to the area. They have always been terrible with communication between customers and the company causing customers to cancel contracts, leave bad reviews, and go to a different company costing you potential money earned.

Technology forward, the owner loves technology

Desventajas

Long hours. Management places very high expectations on every position - mostly unobtainable and they know this. Hostile environment both with verbal and body language.
