Ventajas
->If you produce quality content and complete the content target in the stipulated period, you get a stipend which is better than most of the internships listed ->You can get an employee of the month bonus and other bonuses as well. ->You can get both paid and unpaid leaves for the desired amount of time you want. If you complete your content target, you will be given full pay. -> There are regular remote meetings, where future planning is discussed interactively.
Desventajas
-> There are a lot of tasks to be completed within a month, not only making YouTube videos but also creating thumbnails, making email campaigns and managing the Trello board. You might also need to do Webinars/ create quizzes and some client work too. ->Jibble is a bot used in which the employees have to give manual input of entering and exiting. If after 1 hour no input is given, it gets auto Jibble out. Suppose you are recording a video for which the phone is silent, you won't get the notification and it will auto jibble out, affecting your payscale. ->
