In the organisation there is lot of problems which faced by employee. No one is Co operative including management. There is the worst management I have seen. Management never respect to employee and never appreciate not professionally nor financially. Always insulting employee in front of others. Management does not have manners to retain employees. Salary delayed is one of the huge issue if employee ask for salary then management will insult to employee. Not a good place to work.
