Ventajas

-Respectful, people oriented culture -Team members, in general, have a growth mindset -Lots of opportunity for people that work hard, have creative ideas and drive results -Transparency of expectations -Solid product -Strong, caring leadership -Good cultural diversity

Desventajas

-Time zones can be a challenge with more diverse workforce (ultimately a strength, just logistically challenging at times). Example- lots of product SMEs in Finland make responsiveness to US and APAC time zones delayed at times. -Onboarding needs some work - like timely tech delivery

Talented and collaborative team High-impact, customer-facing work Strong exposure to enterprise environments

Desventajas

High performance does not guarantee stability Limited transparency from leadership Recognition and rewards may not fully materialize Workload could become excessive at times Layoffs impacted strong contributors I spent four years here as a Sales Engineer and consistently performed at a high level. I supported enterprise deals, partnered closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and contributed meaningfully to pipeline growth and customer success. I also carried a significant workload, often working extended hours to keep up with demand. At one point, the volume of work was high enough that management had to step in and redistribute some of my responsibilities. Despite that, I remained fully committed and continued delivering strong results. Despite strong performance, I was let go in early 2026. What made the experience especially frustrating was that I had earned President’s Club (148% of quota in 2025) and the associated BVI trip, but was not given the opportunity to attend due to the timing of the "layoff". It was difficult to see both sustained effort and recognized performance ultimately not translate into stability or follow-through. While I understand that business decisions are driven by broader factors, there was limited transparency leading up to the organizational changes, which added to the frustration. Based on this experience, it’s difficult to fully recommend this employer. Based on this experience, I would encourage candidates to carefully evaluate how performance, recognition, and organizational decisions are aligned.
