Ventajas

Great people and culture! Everyone is eager to help and I genuinely felt supported from day one. There is so much learning and growth potential here. I've made genuine friends here at DeepCrawl and everyone is really committed to the company's values. Amazing health benefits! 100% premium paid, Teleheath and One Medical membership + monthly fitness credit. DOG FRIENDLY OFFICE!! DeepCrawl really understands the importance of mental health and giving back so on top of a generous PTO package, we have paid volunteered and personal days.

Desventajas

The pay could be better but still at a competitive rate. Sometimes executives can have tunnel vision and push certain initiatives to be rolled out that aren't fully thought out. However, transparency is big here so it's easy to give feedback and genuinely feel like they take it into consideration. Communication between teams can be improved. Something we're aware of and actively working on!

Ventajas

Lumar had a healthy, inclusive and respectful working environment. I enjoyed working with my colleagues and attained valuable experience in my role. Fair compensation and above industry average benefits for a startup.

Desventajas

After raising money the company underwent a string of poor decisions and priority shifts that have not seen a return on investment, most notably an unnecessary rebrand. Many of the executives who made those decisions have since left and there have been layoffs across the business. Deepcrawl was a fun place to work with a stronger vision and culture. There are great people working here and leaders trying their best to improve the business but they lack the resources / support to adequately do so.
