      Ventajas

      None really - look somewhere else. Place is a joke.

      Desventajas

      Managing Partner is a UMD guy that knows nothing about finance or hedge funds. Entire management team is more or less clueless and relies on a cold-calling pavement based model. No real clients or exclusive relationships.

      This review is false and inaccurate. It is filled with false data (including compensation data) and appears to be written by a competitor that we poached someone from. Since 2008 Long Ridge Partners has lost two Recruiters to competitors, and those competitors were large multi national recruiting firms. Long Ridge Partners prides itself on our culture, retention rate and professional relationship with our outstanding business partners.       Ventajas

      Great clients to recruit for and firm is willing to spend money to make money when it comes to investing in resources. Lots of perks - full office (including support staff) goes to Caribbean every other year and many outings and out-of-office gatherings throughout the year.

      Desventajas

      It’s recruiting. You either like the commission structure or you don’t.
