Regular Hikes irrespective of the Companies Situation. 5. Annual Bonus is consistently given but depends on company's overall performance. 6. Work from Home on Need Basis (Mon and Fri - Always WFH) 7. Flexible Office Timings 8. 20+ Leaves and you have 45 days of Carry forward Limit and many more....

      Desventajas

      1. It was using Outdated Technologies (Cobol) but slowly picking up fast with Technologies like (C# .NET, Azure Pipeline, Hybrid Model(On-Prem and SaaS) and many more) 2. Awards and Rewards can be a little more better.

      The compensation was good under the original management

      Desventajas

      After being acquired by Aptean they announced their RTO policy (expecting us to be excited about it) and then a few hours later made the announcement that it was effective immediately, giving us absolutely no time to adjust. It's just an example of how much they really care about their employees. Then the manager responsible for the RTO rollout announced that they were leaving a few weeks later. So we were just sold out and abandoned. Not great management in my opinion.
