Ventajas
Great company culture Loved my team My leadership took the time to have 1:1 almost daily unless something came up. Very cohesive. 4 - 10 schedule - every friday off, not a bad deal but 10 hour days can be long.
Desventajas
I was a contractor busting my behind, they wanted to keep extending me, but didn't seem worth it without getting the benefits of FTE. Every 6 months anxiety on whether or not the contract would be extended.
