Ventajas
salary, technology, job security, career opportunities and opportunities to travel and transfer within the company, aspects of the job are very dependent on division and program- each is very different.
Desventajas
The bureaucracy and politics can be a little bit much at times. Also, the plant that I worked at had gross cubicles and dirty office facilities but the manufacturing plant was very clean.
