Ventajas
The people on night shift are some of the coolest people I have ever met.
Desventajas
The shop Forman is running that place into the ground, along with the site director. HR doesn’t even know their own policies. Supervisors are allowed to do pretty much whatever they want including harassing employees. My supervisor was being creepy and harassing me(standing and watching me work from the end of the aisle, hiding behind walls to overhear my conversations, getting me alone with him for long periods of time). When ANOTHER employee took it to ethics whose response we “we can’t keep your supervisor from micromanaging you”. He doubled down, began to make passive aggressive lectures in weekly meetings directed at me, and started writing me up for things I didn’t do. When I told HR and the Shop Foreman how uncomfortable I was with his private and abusive hour long meetings. They began to get annoyed with ME for bringing a problem to their attention. They began to gaslight me(telling me that things I brought forward couldn’t be confirmed by others (except I have others willing to come forward for me and did!) isolate me from my coworkers (they told me I wasn’t allowed to talk to new hires or my coworkers about how my supervisor was treating me) and lie to me (I can’t even keep track of how many times the shop foreman lied to cover for my supervisor) They allow abusers to work here and do NOT take care of anyone that doesn’t make salary. It’s a high stress job for little pay. There is no recognition for employees who work hard and do good work. The promotions go to employees who cannot do the job to save their life.
