Ventajas
My experience here has been great. A lot of knowledgeable individuals on my team. Within this past year I have learned a lot that I plan to use for the remainder of my career. Design is an interesting field. There are plenty of good and bad designs so actually seeing how things are built and used is super good experience.
Desventajas
Not so many cons for this role. The leadership here seems pretty good in terms of understanding work life balance. I haven't been forced to do anything out of my comfort zone.
