Ventajas
Numerous projects to work on, many people on the same team to help aide in your career. Great history of standards and company procedures to learn how a engineering should be done. Great senior engineering people on staff that have been with the company for many years. Great benefits and 401K matching while I was there.
Desventajas
It can be very hard to move up within this company depending on the program you are staffed on. If the program is doing well then the raises and promotions will occur, but otherwise the reverse is true. Sometimes it feels as if you are just a number and your manager in another office that is 4-5 states away doesn't know what you do let alone they don't have the ability to see what you do for your program team on a day-to-day basis. Work sharing can be difficult between offices as there are so many across the US.
