Ventajas
Great work experience, challenging assignments with major organizational impact, smart coworkers, all right pay and benefits. The 9-80 schedule is maybe the best perk of all, every other Friday off, and given the workload if it was the other way (8 hours a day 5 days a week) I would still be working 9 hours a day, the off Friday is amazing!
Desventajas
Difficult to advance without moving locations or spending years in same role, pay is locked into a scale, surge periods with a lot of overtime. Sequestration.
