Ventajas
Cafeteria closes up, leaves free coffee at end of the day. It is a great learning experience for dealing with less-than-ideal circumstances with inexperienced coworkers.
Desventajas
Lockheed Martin Canada is the worst company I have worked at. The people with the authority over projects make decisions without any good practices or engineering analysis. The pay is not competitive to say the least and being popular with coworkers is valued over technical excellence. Requirements do not exist and the agile methodology has been distorted to some abomination of project management that hardly manages the project at all. Be prepared to be the only contributor who hits his deadlines, Becauses milestones or satisfying the customer do not matter here.
