Having joined ELS almost a year now, I can quite confidently say that it has been an enjoyable experience thus far. From very early on it was clear that there is a real family feel to the business and colleagues are given the trust to explore their roles with autonomy. Couple this with the support from my own team, has made my transition to the business seamless, albeit I've come from a different industry. Going back to some of my early days with ELS I was introduced to an e-learning portal (which is accessible across the group) that I found to be an innovative way of ensuring our peers have the same foundational understanding of our products.
