Ventajas

Excellent paid training including realistic simulation systems . Good backup to handle problematic issues on phone calls. All the overtime at time and a half that a person could handle. Enjoyable conditions both in office and remote

Desventajas

Poor pay 8-10/hr made overtime work necessary to pay the bills.
