Ventajas
Some great colleagues and fellow trainees. Decent wage for age. Good internal training schemes across both service and sales, with some courses being held in Germany and France.
Desventajas
The company has a major problem with sexism, homophobia, racism and general misogyny - especially within the network companies with some of the worst perpetrators being in regional directing roles. A lot of negative people who will gatekeep positions due to internal politics, meaning no room for progression. An ingrained system of bullying tactics from middle-management and same level colleagues. If you are a woman then expect to be paid significantly less than colleagues who are men, even if doing the same job for the same period of time. Work from home is generally discouraged and the company is trying to get all staff back into offices.
