Ventajas

If u don't have job and you want to time pass for one or two month then go for it.

Desventajas

Unprofessional sme and team leader, buttering is very effective. They don't know employee management.

Ventajas

- Competitive salary. - Good for early stage of career only.

Desventajas

- Mandatory working 9 hrs (punch-in, punch-out tracking system) - Absence of Tech Hierarchy. - Legacy Code/Tech stack. No vision of upgradation. - Micromanagement. - Poor HR management (policies keep on changing). Completely broken exit process. “You follow up your own exit”.
