• Requirements are often unclear or incomplete when QCP begins, leading to execution challenges • The company lacks accountability in some teams, and many employees are underutilized • Very high attrition rate in recent months • Leadership spends considerable time in 1:1 discussions and meetings that do not yield meaningful outcomes • Work culture lacks consistency; the same company runs with two different sets of work policies • Senior leadership tends to delegate rather than actively contribute • Annual reviews do not appear to be anonymous, which can reduce the effectiveness of feedback • Transparency is limited

Ventajas

Great PTO and WFH. Amazing people i worked with. Truly the reason I stayed as long as I did. The PAC (HR) team js helpful and cares.

Desventajas

Layoffs are every year. You need to be billable but sales staff has been decimated. I pretty well knew I was next to be chopped. Since the CEO change, it has been down hill. Management changed and it went from feeling welcome to feeling like a burden. Leadership has changed a lot and has become distant and cold. I went from feeling like I was valued to just being low hanging fruit for an easy cost cut while the leader got promoted.
