Employees are very supportive of each other.

Desventajas

The leadership of Lifeplus is detached from reality. Our managers aren't ware of the current work conditions, and they couldn't care less about improving the work environment for us. They keep coming up with solutions that don't work, and they keep ignoring the issues and complaints that employees have been raising for a while now.

Ventajas

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Desventajas

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
