- Since this position is a call center it can be stressful to deal with angry people - The system they have (tier 1, tier2, tier3) can be difficult to manage since you most of the time won't have the answer and would have to call back the member to provide it. -Supervisors do not like to get involved in tough situations where a caller requests a supervisor. They expect you to manage it - Stats are a big thing and your growth within the company will depend on it. - There could be micro-management since it is a call center
