Ventajas

The food might taste great for customers, but sadly, that’s the only thing Licious seems to get right.

Desventajas

Salary vs. workload is a joke. ₹25,000 a month for 10-hour strict shifts, 5 days a week, is hardly a fair trade. Breaks are rationed like prison meals – 15 minutes, 15 minutes, and a 30-minute lunch. Blink too long, and you’re “away from desk.” Shifts require you to stay glued to the desk like a rotisserie chicken – laptop on, headset in, not a second off. Ticket resolution expectations are absurd: 3 minutes to listen to the customer rant, raise the ticket, resolve it, and wrap it up neatly. If you take longer, it’s marked against you as Loss of Pay. No proper communication channels – everything is managed in chaotic WhatsApp groups. Team leaders often act more like street gang leaders than mentors, publicly yelling at employees. Sick leave requires a medical certificate, even if you already have leave balance. On top of that, you don’t even get to decide the type of leave you’re applying for – the team leader decides it for you, often marking it as unpaid. Forget work-life balance. Just because it’s “work from home” doesn’t mean people can sit at a desk for 10 hours without breathing. The toxic culture ensures employees leave frequently.
