      Ventajas

      As someone that has worked for the VARs in the area I have the least amount of issues with Lewan. There is no micro-management and you set that work schedule, which is good testament of my manger. Good team work and nice people overall to work with. Training ops and billable goal awards are plentiful. You truly get out of this what you put in as everyone can sell and deliver. For those that complain about the company not being fair don't put forth the amount of nessasary effort to be successful here.

      Desventajas

      Base pay is a little low but everything is incentive based where bonus's can be earned. Sometimes bottlenecks can be encountered where there is dead time between customers. There is a heavy reliance from the managed services side of the company on others as they lack the skills to do what they need. Some employees are beyond dumb and makes you question on the hiring that takes place. Also some of the technology behind the curtain is ugly, dated and usually a single point o failure.

I am always interested in ways to improve our business. You are very correct in regard to refreshing our existing ERP system.       Ventajas

      The last year I worked at Lewan, was 2001. The company is still thriving, and doing “Big Things”. My oldest brother has worked, at Lewan, for 30+ years & wouldn’t dream, of going anywhere else. The benefit package, was excellent & to have “Presidents Club”, to work towards, as a sales goal, was challenging, but worth all that hard work, in the end.

      Desventajas

      I honestly can’t think of really any cons, it was a family environment & The camaraderie, was a positive experience. They taught me everything, I know about sales.
