      Smart, Strategic, and very hands on leadership who will help support in anyway they can while giving you lots of anonymity vs. micro-managing.

      Desventajas

      Limited Business Development support function, but the company is making efforts to provide such support by creating a BD function which was starting to take shape when I left.
