Firstly, we want to clarify that we do not recognise the negative aspects of the business model and company culture that you've described. At Lenus we are committed to making a positive impact on people's health and wellbeing. We take immense pride in distinguishing ourselves from competitors, noting that clients using the Lenus platform rate their coaches 8.9/10 for their coaching experience. Thank you for being a part of this.
We believe in the value of our services and are proud of the talented and passionate team we've assembled to deliver them.
Secondly, we are confident that our team members feel empowered to speak their minds and are valued for their unique contributions. A Lenus we show and practice inclusivity - and embrace our colleagues’ personality, roles and expertise, setting them up for success across all of our hubs. Thankfully, most employees agree when rating how much freedom and autonomy they are given on a daily basis.
