To make things worse, the manager is a complete bully who loves to embarrass and humiliate people in front of everyone. There is absolutely no respect or good work culture here. The pressure is so high that you cannot even breathe, and it feels like a toxic trap that destroys your peace of mind just for company profit.

They should organise come fun games and interactive parties or meet-ups for the employees.
