This used to be a great company with a great product and great talents.

Where to start? All high performers have left. The sales team consists of medium to low performers. The SVP Sales has little to no impact on the sales organization and is more focused on politics then in making the sales team successful. The SVP Sales incompetence leads to CEO micromanagement within sales who has a engineering background. Any further questions? The culture is terrible. The CEO is averse to sales people. He even blamed and shamed the whole sales team and individuals during an all hands meeting. Generally, it’s a toxic work environment. The great resignation is happening in all departments and is not limited to sales. The European HR department is empty! Everyone has left. If you check LinkedIn insights you will find that about 100 people have left LeanIX in 2021 while employing around 400 people. This is a testament to the toxic environment senior leadership has created. Salary is below industry average while quotas are high. BUT you are expected to be thankful - being given the opportunity to work for this company and this “great” CEO. What the leadership doesn’t understand is that this is not the way of running a company nowadays. This is a sinking ship. Stay away.
