      1. Lack of knowledge of senior management. 2. A employees who are woking from longtime they are fear from new employees and they do the continues politics to stay thems self in company. 3. You can learn politics in this company, good politician are working here. 4. They do not provide the training for new employees and want result only. 5. Good speakers are working they do not have the ability to listen.
