      Work from home. Management doesn't quite know what they're doing

      Desventajas

      This company should be a case study for students of exactly how not to run a company. Extremely unorganized. Endless and useless meetings. There's absolutely no sense of belonging from the employees, that's why no one shows up to work. Do not write anything on amelio, they will fire you. HR is non existent, they seem more like interior designers. Someone also died in operation earlier this year. I'd love to sit with whoever named this company as "best managed". What a farce

      Ventajas

      Laurentide is the best place I have ever worked at. I have been challenged since day one and will continue to be challenged until I retire. Entrepreneurship and initiative spirit are valued by senior management. Employees are treated with true respect and dignity. Training is promoted. Customer centric values are lived every day by all employees.

      Good location and nice bulding

      Desventajas

      HR is useless and a total faillur because of the manager who is a yes man to the president. The president is a fake friend to anybody and will make you think that he cares about you. I seriously wounder how the HR guy was able to get the job. They will not hesitate to lie to employes
