      Ventajas

      The culture at LaunchCode is the best! Everyone is friendly and respectful of your time and personal life. People are actually friends here, making me want to get up in the morning and go to work. It is a great work/life balance. It is nice working for an organization where you're changing the community and the lives of others.

      Desventajas

      There aren't many cons. The only con I can think of at the moment is since it is such a new organization things are changing quickly and it can sometimes be hard to keep up with all the great new things we're doing. Others might consider this a pro since we're constantly evolving into new and better things.
