It's a decent job for interpreters that are just starting with decent pay.
Desventajas
It's not very easy to grow inside the company to become anything other than a customer service representative. The call volume can be extremely high, which makes it difficult to leave for breaks at intended times (there are no breaks between calls). You might burn out quickly.
