NONE ANYMORE! THEY PAY CENTS AND NOT VALUE YOU

Desventajas

Worst company ever. They take advantage of people from poorer countries, paying interpreters literal cents per minute while charging clients huge amounts for each call. Absolutely awful. I honestly don’t understand how they got those “Top Workplaces” awards, probably generated by ChatGPT at this point. Recently, they changed the way calls are routed, and now interpreters who are paid per interpreted minute barely receive any calls anymore, meaning we barely get paid. Their solution? “Lower your rates and you’ll receive more calls again.” Keep in mind, interpreters are already being paid CENTS per minute. After 3 years of providing excellent service to this company, this is how we are treated and thanked. Completely disrespectful and exploitative. Avoid working here.
