- Pay is low relative to work performed and industry average - Hours: 7-4pm or 8-5pm. - Company meetings held during 1 hr unpaid lunches – you do not get a rescheduled break - Training is not good – there is training – it’s just performed by individuals who are poor at teaching the material. - Promo’s are hard to come by. Redundant positions created for few. - Job titles never match responsibilities or work that is actually performed, for ex: Customer Service Rep (CSR): is actually a project/inside sales coordinator Application Engineer (AE): is actually a Buyer Inside Sales: is actually a non-engineer Buyer - Team mates undercut you all the time. Watch out for team spies and self appointed supervisors. - President highly dislikes work from home policy – will send reminders to come back to the office; Company culture pushed on employees - Admin team – stay away - Managers advised to write positive reviews on this site. Verified. Advice: Careful to not get stuck if you work here. High chance you will lose your self-esteem. Large workload, career discussions held, advancements hard to come by. If not promo’d after 2-3 yrs – explore moving to other companies.
