Desventajas
Major information flow / feedback gap between 'coal face' personnel & senior management continues - therefore any future 'exciting' announcements are often met with cynicism. Though feedback is sometimes requested - issue acknowledgment is rarely noted. Whenever new systems are implemented, they often do not deliver as described - ie LEEPS (current), however, have been several over the years - CTMS should have been more efficient, however, greater investment should have been implemented. Due to my 12 year working history - the 'spin off' process appears only positive for investors.......no no other reason to be 'excited'!!!!
