Ventajas
- Lot's of nice e-commerce projects and clients; - There is a great love for tech and innovation; - Good atmosphere and mutual trust; - Nice office, next to train station, lots of space, lots of plants, great coffee machine and fruit/snacks; - Taking good care of people, little stress for most; - Hybrid working; - Gear is always good, Macbook Pro is the standard.
Desventajas
- Can be too tech heavy for some; - In transition to become a more international and diverse company, the roots are still quite Dutch with a majority of men. This could be a hit or miss depending on your expectations and experience at other companies. - Sometimes too much hybrid working, missing action/interaction at the office.
