Ventajas
I have worked as a accountant nearly 3.5 years for lex nimble solutions and its related firm ILBS LLP . Directors Mr,Praveen and Samuel sir main pillars of the company. They treated employees as a family and encourage each and every person but they are managed the company from USA. Mostly they don't no the india company politics. For Perks side this is one of the best company.
Desventajas
1. Too much politics and Too much autocracy by local management.. 2. Not encourages new thoughts and ideas. 3. No growth for finance section. 4. Gives more importance to his relatives. 5. Local management filter the information which is required to be shared to the high level management to their favour. 6. The directors hear the words of his relatives. 7. Their is no recognition of handwork. 8. In this company only employees who are doing personal work to local relative employer and who is doing "bajana" to local relative employer, they will only survive in this company. 9. Micro management and excessive control. 10. Loyalty, talent and and hard work are not appreciated in toxic political cultures. Honesty and integrity are punished. This is one of the example for india side management. 11. Spreading rumors to damage someone’s reputation. 12. The manger level Person who is handling finance of the company not at all good in finance and they maintained old way of books of accounting.
