PIP culture Pathetic work life balance Leadership is a joke, they are technically incompetent to lead a team. HR are most pathetic and powerless. They are harassing employees everyday on the name of learning Leadership would just act that they are listening but are actually blind or deaf.

Extremely long, inhumane working hours. The work inflow is so high, yet the management refuses to hire quality people. 15 hours is the norm and on the busy days, you'll be working 18-20 hours a day. A good company to end your life for sure. Choose wisely before joining.
