Ventajas

I manage client onboarding, testing timelines, and cross-team handoffs, and the flow is smooth most days. I always know where my projects stand because updates actually go out when they should. There’s no chasing down people or digging through several layers to find answers. We move quickly, but there’s enough structure that I don’t feel lost. When something’s off, I speak up and it gets addressed.

Desventajas

I honestly can’t think of a downside.

Ventajas

- Excellent place to learn and grow due to high-ownership culture - Smart, collaborative colleagues - Product is really flexible - Cash compensation & office are great - Encouraged to bring new ideas and take initiative to improve things

Desventajas

- Some growing pains due to recent influx of new hires and people figuring out how to work together - org chart can be unclear - Some benefits lacking, but mostly made up for by pay - flexible product makes GTM positioning difficult

Desventajas

This was one of the most frustrating places I have ever work. The ceo talked a good game, but employees quickly learned not to trust most of what was being said. Our managers were toxic! We are constantly worried about making mistakes. Support was almost nonexistent and employees were thrown in the deep end. The This is an extremely high pressure tech job by the way , and even small issues could turn into major problems. Work life balance was terrible . Long nights, weeked work, and messages at all hours became normal. Employees were expected to always be available no matter what was going on their personal lives. No respect for boundaries, burnout was common, comparable to a sweatshop. Meanwhile, management acted like it was part of the job. Projects were always all over the place, and expectations changed constantly. Leadership was quick to point out mistakes but rarely stepped in to help solve problems. Being called out in front of others made the workplace tense and uncomfortable. A lot of energy went into avoiding criticism instead of doing good work. The high turnover was impossible to ignore. Good employees kept leaving and new peaople rarely stayed long. There was always another resignation or another person being pushed out. In tead of fixing the problems, management just kept expecting everyone else to work harder. The cycle repeated over and over. This company made it hard to stay motivated because employess were treated as replaceable from the start.
