There is little to no training given after being hired. The managers constantly hire people who have no computer knowledge when 99% of their job is done on a computer. Office politics have taken over the work place, if you're friends with upper management you can do anything/get anything you want. There are way too many managers and not enough workers. If they spend their budget on paying their employees more instead of useless things like trips, bonuses for management, and giving preferred employees any thing they request they'd be better off. Some employees cant even do their basic job description and rely on other departments to do it for them.
