This is an awesome place to work! Everyone is friendly and an expert at their own craft, yet we are all willing to lend a hand to help each other grow and develop in different areas as well. The company is growing along with the industry, so every day there are new opportunities to take risks and be innovative in this new and exciting space. The company really is dedicated to having a great culture and core set of values that extends far beyond the confines of the workplace.
Desventajas
As with any growing company, there are obvious growing pains. The hunt for the RIGHT people for the RIGHT jobs often means that current employees take on jobs and projects that are not in the original job description. But this isn't necessarily a bad thing--this also means that there is opportunity to learn about several aspects of the company, rather than sticking to the same repetitive work day after day.
