      Pay you minimum wage, expect you to give up your weekends, evenings, mornings and any other time you may have available. This is one of the most toxic environments I have ever worked. You walk on egg shells worried you're going to say something wrong at any moment. If you have plans on the weekend that clash with some event they have on it will not be looked on favourably. Kerwin says he works hard, that is grade a bulldust. If you're a fan of cults this is the place for you. If you have half a brain, avoid at all costs.

      It’s a game, if you play you’re in. If you refuse to play the dirty mind games you’re out Kerwin speech about how his company is a role model for leadership. But he barely show up in the office to know what’s going on. He doesn’t care for his staff that why he provides gym/food to pretend that he cares. We can’t trust anyone there. They are always watching to catch something you do wrong to use against you. If you decide to work there, pretend that you are blind and deaf. Avoid practicing your leadership or showing that you are smart enough to improve systems. They will cut you off and always putting you down. If English is not your first language pretend that you understand 100% everything otherwise they will make fun of you. If they can’t manipulate you... they will find a way to get rid of you straight away
