Ventajas

Working hours very flexible and pay us on time.

Desventajas

- Very low pay despite with good qualification and experiences. - Do not have a standardised operating procedure as everyone will be following their method like how a man styled his hair differently every day. - Biased towards the good revenue branches as our email proposal often get ignored because management doesn't even bother to read emails. - Expect you to show result without giving proper support - Leave application get rejected often unless you can find someone to cover your shift. (Working as CSO, but expect us to do HR's job) - Management pushing problems back to us like how we get pushed in a Children Swing since young.
